Voice and Data Network Redesign

Thinkbox Technology Group was contracted by an international for-profit education company to provide infrastructure VoIP migration consultation, vendor management and project management services. The effort was part of an enterprise wide initiative to relocate the on-premise technology to a hosted environment. This initiative included upgrading the existing Cisco infrastructure across 110 campuses in North America and several Contact Centers.
