He employs in-depth knowledge in blending visionary insight and sharp business planning skills to strategize major change initiatives. He has an innate ability to mobilize and empower staff to align and achieve individual goals with organizational mission, vision, and values while also delivering business urgency.

Mr. Oregon supports the local community as a member and current Chair of the Board of Directors for the Greater Irvine Chamber of Commerce. In addition, he represents Orange County Supervisor on the Orange County Business Workforce Development Board. Mr. Oregon also supports Thinkbox is international community as a member of the American Chamber of Commerce in the Netherlands.

Mr. Oregon is a U.S. Air Force Veteran, where he served for over 15 years supporting operations around the globe.
