Project Description
Thinkbox implementation an end to end comprehensive Project Management process including custom creation of project management templates to streamline operations and provide transparent project reporting. Additionally, provided staff augmentation and portfolio/project management tools to support current and future project portfolio and aid in institution-wide adoption of Project Management Office. Finally, the development of a roadmap for future growth to Enterprise Project Management (ePMO) was delivered to executive leadership.
