Data Center Evaluation

This evaluation included a current state analysis, desired state analysis and remediation options to either maintain the current sites or relocate/outsource them. Also identified were the deficiencies, risks and options for the facilities and infrastructure. Thinkbox also provided next steps and an executable action plan for the bank to adopt to achieve their objectives.
