What we set and how to control it
Last updated: July 1, 2026
Short version: we use a single analytics tool to understand how the Site is used, and it sets a small number of cookies. We use no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, we do not serve ads, and we do not sell your information.
1. What Cookies Are
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device to make the site work, remember choices, or understand how the site is used. Similar technologies — such as local storage, pixels, and beacons — serve related purposes. This Cookie Policy explains which of these thinkboxtg.com uses and how you can control them.
This Policy is part of, and should be read together with, our Privacy Policy.
2. Cookies We Set Ourselves
None. This Site is a static website with no visitor accounts, no logins, no shopping cart, and no preferences to remember, so there is nothing of our own for us to store on your device. Every cookie described below is set by a third-party service, not by us.
The one exception is the cookie notice shown on your first visit. If you dismiss it, we record that in your browser's local storage — not a cookie — so the notice does not reappear. It contains no identifier and is never sent to us.
3. Analytics and Session Replay
We use a third-party analytics provider to understand how visitors use the Site. It collects aggregated usage metrics and records interactions such as clicks, scrolling, and navigation, which it turns into heatmaps and anonymised session replays. We use this to see where visitors get stuck and to improve layout, content, and performance.
Our analytics provider sets a small number of cookies to do this. They fall into these categories:
- A visitor cookie, which persists an anonymous identifier so repeat visits from the same browser are counted as one visitor rather than several.
- A session cookie, which groups the pages viewed during a single visit into one session.
- Provider cookies, set by the analytics provider's own domains, which identify the browser to its service and keep the session in sync.
The exact cookie names, domains, and lifetimes are set by the provider and can change without notice to us. The current provider publishes its own cookie list, and your browser's developer tools will always show the precise cookies set on your device at any given time.
Analytics data is pseudonymous and is used only to improve the Site. We do not use it to identify individual visitors, and we do not sell it.
4. No Advertising Cookies
We do not use advertising, retargeting, or cross-site behavioral tracking cookies, we do not serve third-party ads on the Site, and we do not sell your information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
5. How Our Contact Form Protects Itself Without Cookies
Our contact form is protected against automated abuse, but it does this without storing anything on your device. The protections are a hidden field that a real visitor never sees and never fills in, a short-lived signed token delivered with the form itself, and a limit on how many submissions we accept from one network address per hour.
The signed token is not a cookie and is not stored in your browser between visits. The IP address associated with a submission is recorded on our server for rate limiting and spam filtering, as described in our Privacy Policy. These measures exist only to protect the form, not to track you.
6. Managing Cookies
Because this Site does not depend on cookies, you can block or delete them without losing any functionality here. Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies in its privacy settings, either for all sites or for this one specifically, and most offer a private or incognito mode. Browser tracking protection — built into Firefox, Safari, Edge, and Brave — and any content-blocking extension will also work normally on this Site.
Browser "Do Not Track" and Global Privacy Control signals are respected where required by applicable law. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, so those signals do not change that. Blocking the analytics cookies described above, by any of the methods in this section, stops our analytics provider from collecting anything about your visit.
7. Changes to This Policy
If we change the analytics or similar technologies used on this Site, we will update this Policy at the time we do so and revise the "Last updated" date above. We suggest reviewing this page periodically.
8. Contact Us
For questions about this Policy, . We route inquiries through the form rather than published email addresses. For formal written notices, you may direct correspondence to Thinkbox Technology Group LLC, Las Vegas, Nevada, referencing this Cookie Policy.
